What you may not intuitively realize is that even before you start making changes you need to have a strong desire to make positive changes in your lifestyle. In my experience if your head is not in the game your chances of success are not good.
So in getting started you need to ask yourself why do I want to make changes in my lifestyle ?.
If I do make these changes what benefits and results do I expect ?
If I don't make changes my lifestyle what do I suspect will happen ?.
Put these goals somewhere where you can read and absorb and refer to them everyday
Congratulations you have already made a major step forward in a healthier more energized you.
Next step is to find an activity that you will really enjoy. There are many great ways to get exercise find something that excites you and that makes you want to attend the next session or practice.
