Admittedly as we age we are not as flexible as we used to be and don't heel as fast anymore. However so many older adults have lost their ability to move with confidence and conviction due to nothing more than attrified muscles from lack of use. At any age your body will respond to exercise. Muscles will grow strong again and with good stretches regain a lot of flexibility.
So less excuses and more moving folks. I love attending running meets and mountain bike meets and will often get a medal because of my age category. Getting a medal for just showing up isn't very rewarding so I would love more company. So lets get moving folks you will be happier and lead a much more rewarding life. Good Luck
